Our Movement Based Lower Body Warmup Manual is based on the exercise selection and progression that Seth used throughout his knee injury rehab and return to the platform.
The goal of this warm up manual is to help promote coordination, function, stability, and mobility between your ankles, knees, hips, and torso. Within each of the movements, you will also be taken through the ranges of motion required to perform a squat and deadlift workout.
There are three staged progressions to this warm up to accommodate a wide range of individual abilities. Each stage will increase in the demand placed on your ability generate stability.
For each movement in this manual, we have included a link to a video tutorial on how to perform the movement properly with some of the cues we use.
