This is our take on 1 on 1 online coaching. We want to do a better job than everything that is out there right now. We want to be able to coach you like you were in the gym with us.
-Weekly updated program (daily changes if necessary)
-Detailed feedback every training day
-1-hour video chat per month
-Dietary guidance updated as necessary
-Rehab and injury troubleshooting as necessary
**NOTE** There will be a zero-tolerance policy on program deviations unless it is discussed with us.
