This is not the biomechanics that everyone else talks about. We won't be going over 2D stick-man drawings. We won't spend more than 30 seconds on moment arms.
We are going to talk about what ACTUALLY matters to training - the 3D nature of joint movement, the interplay of multiple muscle actions across a joint, and how biomechanics is the expression of both structure and neurology.
With that, we will tell you how to account for your leverages, the sensations you should look for in training, and how to fix faults.
Then we will break down the cueing, mechanics, and exercise selection that you need to correct any skill, strength, or technical deficiencies you have.
