I took the same base principles that I used to write the 10 Week Low Frequency Off Season for myself, and applied them to a plan that would better fit the majority of lifters needs. 

The goal of this program is to bridge the gap between a lifters meets. It will allow them to recover following a meet, while ensuring that they will be healthy, in shape, and be ready to begin another meet prep by the completion of the program. 

Compared to the Low Frequency Off Season, this program features higher weekly lift frequency (1-2 times per week spread over four days), higher volume throughout the program, and slightly more agressive initial loading.
