For strength athletes, there is a massive gap between what is recommended for injury rehab and what is needed for effective training and competition. Athletes are left without a clear path back to the platform and are often stuck with symptoms lasting far longer than they should.
This gap results from:
- An inadequate understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
- Limited comprehension of neurology and pain science.
- Insufficient knowledge of exercise selection and load prescription.
- A failure to integrate these essential elements.
Recovering from pain and injury is more than just focusing on a single aspect. It's not just mechanics, neurology, or exercise selection. We need to see the big picture because biomechanics, pain science, physiology, exercise selection & load management will all play a role in getting us back to where we belong.
In this lecture series, you will unlock my rehab framework, discover the simplicity within what appears complex, and learn how to apply this knowledge to yourself and those under your guidance.
