Our October webinar series is set to provide a breakdown of the squat, the bench, and the deadlift. We will be going over the anatomy & biomechanics of each lift, how to account for your leverages, the sensations you should look for, and how to address faults/breakdowns.
We will also discuss supplemental & accessory exercise selection that can help you address skill, mechanical, or strength deficiencies.
