When dealing with strength athletes, there is a massive gap between what is typically recommended for injury rehab and what is necessary for effective training and competition. Athletes are left without a clear path towards the platform, and are often stuck with symptoms lasting far longer than they should.

This gap results from:

  1. Inadequate understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
  2. Limited comprehension of neurology and pain science.
  3. Insufficient knowledge of exercise selection and load prescription.
  4. A failure to integrate these essential elements.

Treating pain and injuries involves more than just focusing on mechanics, neurology, or repetitive corrective exercises. Each of these aspects is crucial and must be considered. Biomechanics matters, pain science matters, exercise selection and load managment matter. To achieve success, we must grasp the role each plays in the rehabilitation process and recognize the intersections between them.

We need to understand why we feel pain & why injury happens. We need to consider biomechanics influence on pain & injury and how we can manipulate biomechanics to achieve different goals. We need to understand how to scale exercise selection and load for continued progress.

In this lecture series, you will unlock my rehab framework, discover the simplicity within seemingly complex concepts, and learn how to apply this knowledge to yourself and those under your guidance.
